All of the sudden my links cannot be accessed. When I click my linktree link in my bio it redirects me to instagram.com as if it were blocked. This is affecting my business!! Unacceptable. I need this fixed as soon as possible.

This company is a scam! I literally made my page added links and they delete your account. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS SCAM

I love the convenience and features of using Linktree for social media, BUT trying to downgrade an account from a pro plan (before my trial ended) to free again took up way too much of my time. I see on Google that the "Change Plan button" should be available in the Admin area of my dashboard, but this seems to be an outdated option, despite Linktree stating on their website that you can change your plan at anytime! It has taken 2 days to cancel this trial for BOTH accounts I manage because I had to wait hours for chat agents to respond to each. There's not even a section in my dashboard confirming how many days left in the trial I had; I'm going off my own calendar. I thought using Linktree was all about convenience??

Couldn't get my links to work and contacted the customer care through their email on Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised to find they replied within a few hours. Had to email each other back and forth a few times and have now got my links working, if it hadn't have been for me not able to respond quicker due to my job this would have been sorted in under 24 hours. Absolutely excellent service, very helpful, fast and kind. The person I was communication with was called Forsaria, honestly can't recommend enough.

I’ve been paying for the pro plan for well over a year! That’s supposed to include several features that I am unable to access. No matter how many times I request assistance, I am transferred to someone else, told to start over, and deliberately incessantly misunderstood. I only have one account. Trying to make a secondary account. And they keep asking me which is the primary account. I only have one account. The incompetence is as unfathomable as it as repetitious. They have far too many competitors to function this poorly if you can even call this functioning.

A lot of Professional Artists and Celebrities use linktree to stay connected. Love how it makes it easy to put all your info in one place. Keeps web communications simple and clean. Easy to use, only have to give people just one web url to contact you. No negative experiences.

Great way of keeping the connection with my audience

Refund issues they are not Collaborators .. and in the otherwise the idea is not bad but Practically not useful as it seems.

Works well. I wish they had a few more features (subheadings, not hyper linked pieces) but great for what it is
